Booking & Payments

  • Bookings become confirmed only after receipt of the required payment or deposit.
  • Prices may vary depending on destination, yacht category, duration, season, operational requirements, and requested additional services.
  • Quoted prices remain valid only for the specified quotation period.
  • Payments are non-transferable unless otherwise approved in writing.
  • Applicable taxes, government fees, marina charges, or local operational fees may apply depending on destination.
  • Cancellation, amendment, and refund policies form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

Client Responsibilities

Clients and their guests agree to:

  • Follow all instructions issued by captains, crew members, or authorized representatives.
  • Respect local laws and maritime regulations in every operating destination.
  • Avoid behavior that may endanger passengers, crew members, vessels, or marine environments.
  • Respect all onboard safety procedures.
  • Accept full financial responsibility for damages caused by themselves or members of their party.
  • Provide accurate booking information and valid identification where required.

Safety & Liability

Safety remains our highest priority.

All yacht experiences are conducted by licensed operators, certified captains, and qualified crews operating in accordance with applicable maritime regulations within their respective jurisdictions.

Birlash Yachts shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, itinerary modifications, or interruptions caused by adverse weather conditions, force majeure events, governmental restrictions, port authority decisions, mechanical failures beyond reasonable control, natural disasters, or other unforeseen operational circumstances.

Participation in marine activities is undertaken entirely at the client’s own risk. Clients acknowledge the inherent risks associated with sea travel and agree that Birlash Yachts shall not be responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, delay, or indirect damages except where required by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, branding elements, graphics, photographs, videos, website content, marketing materials, software, text, and intellectual property associated with Birlash Yachts are the exclusive property of Bir Leah For Trading unless otherwise stated.

No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, transmitted, displayed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.

Privacy & Data Protection

Birlash Yachts respects your privacy and is committed to protecting all personal information provided by clients.

Personal information is collected solely for booking administration, operational requirements, payment processing, customer support, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and service delivery.
